How It Works
From drop-off to delivery, every order follows the same careful process.
Drop Off & Intake
Bring your tapes/discs to our Porter Ranch drop-off location (address provided upon receipt of your order form), or ask about local pickup for large orders. Every item is logged and cataloged. We'll send a final quote before starting the job, in case any item looks unrecoverable.
Digitization
Each item is carefully digitized, with media repaired as needed along the way. Videos are trimmed to optimize file storage, and delivered as MP4 files unless you request another format. If we can't extract anything usable from a piece of media, you're not charged for it.
Organization
Files are titled and organized so your family can actually find and enjoy them — not just a folder of unlabeled clips.
Delivery
Choose an iCloud or Google Drive download link to your finished collection, available for 60 days. Physical USB thumb drives are also available as an optional add-on, priced at market rate based on total file size.
Pricing
Simple per-item pricing that drops as your order grows. The rate that applies to your whole order is based on your total item count.

Pricing applies to your entire order at the rate for the bracket your total quantity falls into (not a graduated/marginal rate). "Items" include tapes, discs, and cassettes of any format.
- Rush Order: +$5.00 per item for turnaround under 7 days.
- Delivery: Included — an iCloud or Google Drive download link, available for 60 days.
- USB Thumb Drive: Optional, priced at market rate based on total file size.
- AI Upscaling: Optional, available after delivery — ask for details.
